The intent of these specifications is to secure the procurement, delivery, installation, and the application of an epoxy sand/quartz flooring system at Valley View Municipal Complex. Location is Valley View Municipal Complex, 333 Valley View Lane, Irving, TX. 75061. Question Deadline 03/27/2026 at 12:00 PM CT Specifications: Required Epoxy Sand/Quartz system shall be industrial grade and UV stable and suitable for outdoor/high traffic areas. The purpose of this surface is to provide a durable, slip resistant floor. o Area: Approximately 550 sq. ft. o Number of Coats/Treatments: 2 (two) sand treatment o Color: Slate-Quartz o A floor plan depicting the locations is attached. Scope of Work o Floor and surface prep o Prepare existing surface for the application to include any necessary patching of holes and/or cracks. o Clean the floor thoroughly ensuring that all foreign matters have been removed. o Inspect flooring to ensure no damage took place. Report on damage to Dustin Melton o Cover all exposed items to ensure they are not coated in adhesive (i.e. baseboards, walls, etc.) o Apply epoxy sand/quartz system to prepare surface according to the manufacturer's specification.
