Site work and new construction of a power facility in Chatham, Illinois. Completed plans call civil work for a power facility.
Sealed bids will be received for substation structures. Bids will be accepted electronically through the City of Springfield Bid Portal or via mail courier sent to the Office of Budget and Management Purchasing Department. Proposals will be opened at the specified time and date in the City Council Chambers. No proposals will be accepted after the designated date and time. The city reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. Plans and specifications are available to download on the City of Springfield's website or from the City Purchasing Department. All contracts for the construction of public works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act. Female and Minority Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit bids.
