Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Chesterfield, Missouri. Working plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Bid is cancelled No bids were received for this project. Sealed bids are requested for the 2026 Sidewalk Replacement Project-Area B (2026-PW-04B). Bids should be submitted to the City of Chesterfield Department of Public Works. Plans and specifications for the project will be made available on the City of Chesterfield's website. The project consists of all work necessary to remove and reconstruct 4" thick sidewalk,6" thick sidewalk, handicap ramps, and concrete aprons, including all necessary property restoration in various locations, as designated by the City. This project is intended to address sidewalk deficiencies throughout the City. After Project Award, a list of locations will be provided to the contractor which will include approximately 10,000 square feet of sidewalk replacement. The contractor will have 90 days to complete the list. After completion of the first list, a second list with the remaining balance of the sidewalk to be replaced will be provided to the contractor. The contractor will have 90 days to finish the project.
