Site work for a civil project in Miami Township, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work under this Project is generally defined as the construction of a new sanitary sewer lift station, approximately 3,703 linear feet of 8” and 12” PVC gravity sewer main, and approximately 1,523 linear feet of 6” DIP sewer force main to eliminate the existing Arrowhead Wastewater Treatment Plant located in Miami Township. The project includes demolition of the existing Arrowhead Wastewater Treatment Plant, as well as pump replacements, piping and electrical improvements at the Lewis Road Pump Station. Bidders must submit their bids in triplicate (one original and two copies marked 'COPY') and provide security in the amount of 100% of the bid if in the form of a Bid Bond, or not less than ten percent if by certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit, subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Attention is called to requirements regarding safety regulations, conditions of employment, and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract. All bids must comply with the Clermont County General Instructions to Bidders and requirements in the Specifications Documents. Letters of credit and bid bonds must have original signatures. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty days after opening. The county reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities, and accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the county.
