Lump Sum Bids will be received for five (5) Prime Contracts: Contract #3 HVAC Sealed proposals are requested for Edgemont Union Free School District High School Resource and Building E renovations and athletic field reconstruction. Lump sum bids will be received for five prime contracts: General Construction (including asbestos abatement), Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and Site Construction. Proposals must be submitted on the architect's form, with all blanks typed in, bid prices in words and figures, and signatures in longhand ink. Incomplete, conditional, or obscure proposals may be rejected. Proposals are to be delivered to the Facilities Department Office at 300 White Oak Lane, Scarsdale, New York. No oral, telephonic, or email proposals or modifications will be considered. Late proposals will not be considered and will be returned. Additional proposal copies are available upon request. High School Resource Building: 66-04-06-03-0-010-009 High School Building E: 66-04-06-03-0-016-005 Local custom and trade-union jurisdictional settlements do not control the scope of Work included in each prime contract. The Contractor shall only employ labor on the project or in connection with its work capable of working harmoniously with all trades, crafts and any other individuals associated with the capital improvement work to be performed. When a potential jurisdictional dispute or similar interruption of work is first identified or threatened, the affected prime contractor shall ensure that its work continues uninterrupted during the pendency of such dispute.
