The Town of Franklin is soliciting bids for the following: (1) purchase of liquid calcium chloride for dust control and gravel stabilization, (2) low sulfur diesel fuel #2 (ULSD 15 ppm) for on-road use (winter and summer), (3) dyed heating oil for heating the Town garages and office building, (4) hauling of various sizes of crushed limestone from Cobleskill Stone Products and Heidelberg Materials, and (5) LP gas for heating and standby generators in the Town garage and office building. Specifications for these materials can be obtained from the Town Highway Superintendent. All materials must meet inspection and approval of the Superintendent. All bidders must certify that their bid is submitted without collusion with other sellers of the same merchandise. Bids may be mailed or delivered to the Superintendent and must be received by 12:00 p.m. April 7, 2026. The Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
