Demolition for an industrial development in Killdeer, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the demolition of a industrial development.
The work consists of the full removal of the metal building at 155 Central AVE S, legally described as Lot 1, Block 5 Railroad First Addition, to the City of Killdeer, Dunn County, North Dakota. The building was formerly the Southwest Grain Metal Storage Cake/Coal Building. Removal of the metal building must be completed by April 30th, 2026. Bidders are instructed to submit sealed bids. The Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities in bidding, or to accept such as may be determined in the best interests of the City.
