Sealed bids are being requested for the 2026 Swartz Field Sidewalk Installation in the Town of Eden, Erie County, New York. Specifications are available at the Town Clerk's Office, and bids must be submitted on forms provided by the Town. All submissions must include a Certificate of Non-Collusion as required by General Municipal Law. The completion date is to be specified by the bidder and will be considered in the contract award. All bids must be F.O.B. Eden, New York. The project is funded wholly or partially with federal funds and is subject to all relevant federal rules and regulations, including policies encouraging participation of minority and women business enterprises as suppliers, equipment providers, contractors, and service providers. The Town Board reserves the right to reject all bids and to re-advertise for new proposals.
