Renovation of a mixed-use development in Hartford, Connecticut. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility; transportation facility; transportation facility; and transportation facility.
The Greater Hartford Transit District is seeking sealed responses from qualified firms for Architectural/Engineering and Construction Management Services under a task-based contract. This includes multiple projects at Hartford Union Station and the District’s ADA Paratransit Operations and Maintenance Facility. The program is aimed at improving, maintaining state of good repair, modernizing, and expanding the District's facilities. Work is planned to ensure facilities are reliable, safe, modern, in a state of good repair, and able to meet present and future needs for services, customers, and the region. Requirement applies to administrative, operations, and maintenance facilities. Proposals must be submitted by the specified deadline. Any contract from this request is subject in part to financial assistance contracts with the Federal Transit Administration and the Connecticut Department of Transportation, as well as compliance with equal employment opportunity laws. Disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals and will not be discriminated against based on race, color, sex, or national origin. The District reserves the right to reject any and all responses and to waive informalities and irregularities.
