Estimate: Base Bid: $225,000 - $250,000 In ample time to permit consideration before reply, submit questions 8 calendar days before bid opening. Questions are to be submitted via Online. Hidden Cove Paving Repairs - FY 25-26 consists of drainage improvements through the installation of slotted drains, concrete pavement removal and replacement, erosion control, pavement striping and traffic signage. The project will include Base and Alternate Bids. Bidders are required to submit a cashier's or certified check issued by a bank satisfactory to the Denton County Fresh Water Supply District No. 4-A, or a Bid Bond (with proper Power of Attorney) from a surety licensed to do business in the State of Texas, payable without recourse to the Denton County Fresh Water Supply District No. 4-A, in an amount not less than five percent of the total amount of the bid submitted to insure that the successful bidder will enter into a contract and provide all necessary bonds within fifteen days after Notice of Award of the contract. This bid security must be included in the bid envelope for the bidder to be considered responsive. The successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance, Payment and Maintenance Bonds as described in the bidding documents. Bidding documents may be examined at www.civcastusa.com or may be obtained by prospective bidders or suppliers upon appointment at Quiddity Engineering, LLC., 2805 Dallas Parkway, Suite 600, Plano, Texas 75093. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except time of submitting a Bid. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of 90 days from the date bids are open. Pursuant to Texas Government Code 2252.908, bidder must be able to provide Denton County Fresh Water Supply District No. 4-A with a printed and executed original of a completed Certificate of Interested Parties form (Form 1295) if awarded a contract. Failure to do so will result in the District's inability to execute the contract. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
