The Contractor must furnish and deliver Sewer Degreaser on an as-needed basis. This includes five (5) gallons of Sewer Grease Solvent that is biodegradable and non-petroleum based. Material specifications must align with the attached specifications (Sewer Degreaser Specifications). The Contractor must assign and maintain a Project Manager for consultation with the WSSC’s Contract Manager throughout the contract term. This representative must be available to answer questions and resolve any contract-related problems, with any changes in the Project Manager requiring prompt notification to WSSC’s Contract Manager. The base term of the contract is three years, with all prices remaining firm during that period. The contract may be extended for one additional two-year option, or any portion thereof, at the sole discretion of WSSC. Delivery Releases in the form of a Contract Purchase Order Release (CPA) will specify product, quantity, and required delivery date. The Contractor must confirm receipt of the Delivery Release and delivery date by email, with each release signed by the WSSC Contract Manager or designees. Upon delivery, items will be inspected; payment is approved once materials are delivered to stock. Deliveries must be made within thirty calendar days of an order unless otherwise agreed. Complete deliveries are required unless otherwise approved. Packing slips must show the WSSC stock item number, quantity delivered, and description for each item. Packaging must clearly display the order number and contents. Delivery requirements are binding for third-party carriers. Delivery location is specified, with deliveries accepted Monday through Friday, excluding approved holidays, during prescribed receiving hours. The order number and requestor’s name must be marked on each delivery. Instructions to bidders include requirements for electronic submission of bids via WSSC’s eProcurement portal, provision of documentation to meet minimum qualifications, and completion of forms in the Vendor Questionnaire. Bids must be concise, comprehensive, and organized per instructions. Pricing must be all-inclusive, firm for the contract duration, and submitted on the provided forms. Only one bid may be submitted by each bidder; alternate and conditional bids are not accepted. Bids must be signed by an authorized representative and late submissions will not be considered. Minimum qualifications and all required forms must be included for responsiveness. Bidders must register in WSSC’s Supplier Portal prior to submission.
