University Health is requesting proposals for the solicitation titled 'Sky Tower Emergency Decontamination Tank' under RFCSP-226-02-064-CNST. The proposal packages will not be mailed to vendors. The RFP number must appear somewhere on the FedEx waybill. No unlawful discrimination will be made against bidders, vendors, or contractors. The Bexar County Hospital District /dba/ The University Health, is soliciting sealed bids for removal and replacement of the existing 2500 gallon decontamination tank. The work involves, but is not limited to, removal of the existing decontamination tank. Once removed, University Health will have a third-party consultant test the surrounding soil and determine if any remediation is deemed necessary before installing the new decontamination tank to include new control panel. The project area is located at 4502 Medical Drive, University Health Sky Tower Dock.
