The consultant is responsible for confirming flow assumptions for all contributing catchments, determining required mechanical, electrical, structural, and control system upgrades, designing improvements including pumps, VFDs, SCADA, and a new generator, and preparing all documentation needed to amend the station's Environmental Compliance Approval. The project is intended to proceed in stages, with the timeline potentially adjusting based on the findings from the basis-of-design review, flow validation, and engineering analysis. Question Deadline: 04/02/2026 at 4:00 PM ET TIMELINE: Request for Proposals (RFP) for engineering services for design has been issued by the owner. Designs are currently targeted for completion in 2026. Further update upon award of the RFP.
