The purpose is to establish continuing contracts for Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) for General Construction Services Projects. Work will be assigned through individual Task Orders, which may include new construction, renovation, renewal, replacement, building maintenance, equipment installation, utility work, and other miscellaneous projects. Each Task Order will outline the specific project scope, budget, schedule, and deliverables. Assignments may include construction management of water, wastewater, and reclaimed water infrastructure, such as pumping stations and treatment facilities. Task Orders may also involve self-performing and emergency projects as requested. There is no guarantee of a minimum or maximum number of Task Orders or dollar value of work during the contract term, which is five years from execution. Respondents must have proven expertise and extensive experience in CMAR related to water and wastewater infrastructure.
