The Atlantic County Utilities Authority is requesting proposals for an underwater inspection and report of the ACUA's Ocean Outfall force main to verify the condition of the exposed piping. The deliverables include a report and video documentation that detail any evidence of flow restriction, leaks, degradation of pipe weighting, compromise in the cathodic protection system, or corrosion of exposed steel structures. The inspection must comply with the standards of the American Society of Civil Engineers Waterfront Facilities Inspection and Assessment Manual No. 130, and cleaning is required as necessary for a level II, routine inspection. Question Deadline 04/13/2026 at 4:00 PM ET No questions will be received or addressed after this time. All questionsrelating to the RFP are to be directed in writing to the Authority Procurement and Contracts Manager via the ACUA's eProcurement Portal. NO QUESTIONS WILL BE ANSWERED OVER THE PHONE
