Site work and new construction of an industrial development in Maize, Kansas. Completed plans call for the construction of a industrial development.
Bids shall include furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and performing the work for the construction of one metal storage building for buses located behind (west) the Maize USD 266 Maintenance Building at 4750 N. 119th St. W., Maize, KS 67101 for a stipulated sum contract, in strict accordance with the contract documents. The work comprises building construction and site development, including general construction and structural work. Offers shall be made under a single contract. Each general contractor may select their sub-contractors and suppliers, and local vendors and subcontractors are encouraged to be considered in the bidding process. Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make such requests of Schaefer Architecture or the Engineer at least 3 days prior to the date for receipt of Bids in writing.
