This project will proceed under one (1) Lump Sum Prime Contract(s) including: Contract No. 3: Electrical Construction Renovations to the existing Welding Labs in the North and South Buildings including structural, mechanical and electrical work. CONTRACT TYPE This project will proceed under one (1) Lump Sum Prime Contract(s) including: Contract No. 1: General Trades Construction BID SECURITY A Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany the bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. NONCOLLUSIVE BIDDING CERTIFICATE A non-collusive bidding certificate shall be included on each bid. IRAN DIVESTMENT ACT CERTIFICATION Specification Section 004000 - Iran Divestment Act Certification shall be included with each bid. PREVAILING WAGE RATES This is a prevailing wage rate job. RETURN OF CONTRACT DOCUMENTS Any Bidder, upon returning the Bidding Documents in good condition within thirty (30) days after date set for Bid opening will be refunded his deposit.
