Renovation of a municipal facility in Hobgood, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Town of Hobgood is requesting proposals to provide labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to deliver a "turn-key" project for three Town-owned buildings, including any demolition. Disposal from demolition will be the responsibility of the Town. The work should be based on the architectural drawings, bid documents, and instructions from the mandatory Pre-bid meeting. Electrical and HVAC work are excluded from the proposal and will be completed at a later date. Only vendors registered with the State of North Carolina's Electronic Vendor Portal are eligible to respond.
