Site work and renovation of a civil project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Scope includes rehabilitation of two wastewater plant sites, including the onsite lift stations. WWTP No. 1 work includes replacement of sludge pumps and variable frequency drives, piping, air diffuser assemblies, lift station coating repair, and various other items. WWTP No. 2 work includes recoating the basins and onsite lift station. The furnishing of all material, equipment, labor and supervision necessary or incidental to Construction of Rehab of Joint 1.0 MGD Wastewater Treatment Plant No. 1 and Onsite Lift Station and Rehab of 0.125 MGD Wastewater Treatment Plant No. 2 and Onsite Lift Station, Fort Bend County, Texas, is required. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
