The projects limits extend from: 300 ft. west to 100 ft. east of the bridge over Fish Creek. Contract Term: Two Years The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: removal and replacement of the existing concrete bridge deck, minor steel girder repairs and painting, minor concrete repairs, concrete sealing, heavy-stone fill placement, and guiderail installation. The proposed work will be performed while traffic is maintained via an offsite detour. All bids are subject to final review and approval by Oneida County before any award of contract may be made. The Bidder to whom the Contract is awarded will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds guaranteeing performance of work and prompt payment from an acceptable Surety Company for an amount not less than 100% of the accepted bid.
