The City of Golden Valley is requesting proposals for Architecture and Engineering Design Services for the new East Fire Station Project. The selected firm will collaborate with the East Fire Station Project Team--including City staff, stakeholders, an Owners Representative, and a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) firm--to provide preconstruction and construction services. The scope includes Architectural, Civil, Landscape, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical engineering services and specification, as well as day-to-day construction administration for a new facility at 1875 Lilac Drive, Golden Valley, MN. All public bidding requirements will be observed, and the City will assign all contracts to the Architect/Engineer after bid opening. The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or any part of the proposal.
