Replace four (4) roof top units. Qualified contractors are invited to submit proposals for Public Safety RTU replacement. Bid materials and forms may be accessed online. Bids shall be plainly marked as Public Safety RTU replacement and must be delivered in a sealed envelope and/or via email. All envelopes to be marked: Attn: Nicolas Storellicastro (Public Safety RTU replacement). All questions are to be submitted via email on or before May 1, 2026. Any questions received and answers provided will be posted on the City’s website under this project in the Bids & Proposals section. Work may commence by July 1, 2026 and must be completed no later than September 1, 2026. Bids will be received by the City of Barre until May 8, 2026 at 4:00PM. The City seeks to replace four, RTU’s ( #2,#3, #6, #7) that are approximately 23 years old. Unit #2 is a Carrier Model 50GL-24-321VS. Unit #3 is a Carrier 50TM-004-M-601. Unit #6 is a Carrier Model 50GL-030-321V3. Unit # 7 is a Carrier 50GL-030-321VS.
