This is for furnishing to the Department of Water and Power, for a period of one year, with two one-year optional renewal periods, small ML earthquake resistant ductile iron pipe and fittings, in accordance with the bid specifications and other identified documents. Only responses submitted through ERSP will be accepted. Only prices entered directly into the ERSP system will be accepted. All questions shall be submitted through the ERSP 'Q & A' section of the bid. Bidders are required to access and submit all forms listed as 'DIVISION C1 - MANDATORY BIDDING FORMS' located in the Vendor Checklist page of the ERSP system by creating a bid response and downloading each bidding form prior to the bid closing date and time. The list of attachments in the Vendor Checklist is made part of this bid. Items to be furnished and delivered are earthquake resistant ductile iron pipes (ERDIP) in 6-inch, 8-inch, and 12-inch sizes, including joint restraint system kits, to various LADWP warehouses within a 30-mile radius of Los Angeles City Hall, in accordance with Division F2 of the specifications.
