Site work for a development in Immokalee, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a development.
The intent is to obtain competitive pricing for mechanically cutting and coarsely grinding (mulching) all woody vegetation to the ground. Vegetation to be mulched includes, but is not limited to, Carolina willow, primrose willow, salt bush, wax myrtle, and Brazilian pepper, per the specifications contained. Only responsive and responsible contractors will be considered for award. To be responsive, a bid must constitute a definite, firm, unqualified and unconditional offer to meet all the material terms. Any submission that does not comply, does not contain all properly signed forms and supplements, or deviates from requirements, or has an incomplete price sheet may be considered nonresponsive. Only responsible vendors with the necessary financial ability, experience, resources, skills, capability, reliability, and business integrity will be considered. The Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive minor irregularities in the submissions. Question Deadline 04/07/2026 at 5:00 PM ET Any questions from Bidders that require an official FWC answer concerning this project shall be submitted in writing to the Procurement Manager.
