Contractors are invited to submit a prime contract offer to complete Staff Room Improvements for the existing Voorheesville Public Library. Bidders must submit a bid form and inclusive attachments, enclosed in clearly labeled envelopes, for the contract for which a bid is submitted. Bid Documents, Drawings, and Specifications may be viewed online or electronically downloaded for a fee. The project is tax exempt and State prevailing wage rates will apply. Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond in an amount no less than 10 percent of the Bid Price is required. Performance Bond and Payment Bond for 100% of the Contract Sum will be required before executing the Construction Contract. Refer to other Bidding requirements described in Instructions to Bidders. Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided, ensuring the Bid Form is completed entirely. Offers must remain irrevocable for forty-five calendar days after submission.
