This transformation will allow them to offer new sports and social spaces to students. This is a design-build mandate. The multidisciplinary team will be mandated for the design and execution of the work, for the works detailed in this document and its annexes. This team will include a general contractor, specialized contractors as well as all the professionals required for the development of plans and specifications. Space blocking plans representing the client's needs are included in the tender documents as a suggestion for demolition and development. The design-construction team will need to provide plans and specifications to proceed with the work. The objective is to ensure an integrated design and effective implementation while meeting the performance requirements established by the College.
