The proposed work consists of the installation of rubberized crack sealer on certain City streets and City owned properties in the City of Hudson, Ohio, in accordance with the specifications on file in the office of the City Engineer. All bids must be submitted through the Bid Express website. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid, or a certified check, cashier’s check, or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the ORC, in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the City of Hudson. The City of Hudson reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any nonconformities not involving price, time, or changes in the work.
