Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in West Fargo, North Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Project consists of milling existing asphalt pavement, spot replacing existing curb and gutter, an asphalt overlay, and replacement of existing concrete pedestrian ramps. Each bidder must possess a valid North Dakota contractor's license for the full amount of their bid, as required by N.D.C.C. 43-07-7. Each bidder MUST enclose a copy of their Contractor's License or Certificate of Renewal, issued by the North Dakota Secretary of State, and each license must be valid and dated at least 10 days prior to the date set for bid opening, as required under N.D.C.C. 43-07-12. The City of West Fargo will not read or consider any bid that does not fully comply with the requirements above, or the requirements of N.D.C.C. 48-01.2-05. To be considered a Planholder for bids, a contractor must register with QuestCDN.com and purchase the contract documents in digital form. Registering as a Planholder is recommended for all prime contractors and subcontractors as Planholders will receive automatic notice of addenda and other contract document updates via QuestCDN. For this project, bids will ONLY be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service through QuestCDN.com.
