The proposed work includes, but is not limited to the following major quantities: 93 each of remove mailbox support, 22967 linear feet of shoulder preparation, 35193 square yards of mill bituminous surface (1.5"), 4234 tons of type SP 9.5 wearing course mixture (3;C), 1 each of 12" RC pipe apron, 148 linear feet of 12" RC pipe culvert, 591 linear feet of 12" HDPE pipe sewer-directional drilled, 14 each of watermain replacement, 84 hour of watermain exploratory excavation, 6 each of hydrant restoration, 38 each of reconstruct drainage structure, 93 each of mailbox support, 9 each of install lighting unit, 1 acre of seeding. Bids must include furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment for the complete construction of the project. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
