The roofing system is supported by a metal deck, and some patching will be required at locations where abandoned equipment is to be removed. The remaining mechanical components are to be removed and reinstalled in-place. THE CURRENT ROOFING ASSEMBLY WILL BE FULLY REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH A NEW FULLY ADHERED EPDM SYSTEM, WHICH INCLUDES NEW INSULATION, A 1/2" COVER BOARD, FLASHING, GRAVEL STOP, ACCESSORIES, AND THE REMOVAL OF SELECT ROOFTOP EQUIPMENT AS PART OF THE INSTALLATION PROCESS.
