Proponents who are unable to attend the April 7, 2026, Mandatory site meeting due to extenuating circumstances may request an alternate meeting date by submitting a written request to the Capital Project Coordinator prior to April 7, 2026. In the event that no potential bidders or only one potential bidder attends the site visit, the District, at their sole discretion, reserves the right to re-schedule a second visit, to ensure competitive submissions are received. Bidders who do not attend the mandatory site meeting will not be permitted to submit a bid for this project.
