The work shall consist of removal of existing playground equipment, site erosion control, site preparation, topsol stripping and stockpile, common earthwork, installation of compacted aggregate base course installation of concrete sidewalks and curbing, and landscape restoration at Carter Woods Park in the Town of Grand Chute, Dutagamie County, Wisconsin. Bid shall be received unless accompanied by a Certified Check or satisfactory Bid Bond payable to the Town of Grand Chute in an amount not less than 10% of the maximum Bid as a guarantee that if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute and the the Contract, Performance/Payment Bonds and Insurance Certification, as required by the Contract Documents, within 16-days after the Notice of Award . The Owner reserves the night to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities in bidding or to accept the Bid QA date - 4-3-2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall to be submitted to the Owner in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Owner in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than five (5) days prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered.
