Each bid shall be accompanied by security in the form of a certified check or bid bond payable to the Central Westmoreland County Career & Technical Institute in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid. The Owner reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject all bids, to waive any and all informalities in the bids, and to refuse to consider non-conforming, non-responsive or conditional bids. Rebid of Mechanical Construction All Bids Shall Remain Irrevocable for Sixty (60) Days After the Actual Date of the Bid Opening. The Powerline Building Project is a 6,684 sf Pre-Engineered Metal Building for a Powerline education facility with classrooms, shops, teachers' offices, entrance lobby, restrooms and a mechanical room. Interior construction will be light gage framed walls, painted gypsum wallboard, acoustic ceiling tile, and LVT, as well as all HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical systems. Sitework includes utilities, storm water, asphalt patching, and concrete sidewalks. The General Construction contract will include erection of the PEMB.
