The expansion includes additional RV camp spots, ATV Pod camping spots, primitive and non-primitive tent camping spots, extension and expansion of existing utilities, completion of existing bath house, installation of RV Dump station, and other ancillary items. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Rustic Ravines Phase II The Work will be substantially completed within 120 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run, and completed and ready for final payment within 150 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Liquidated damages shall be $1,000 per day. The enclosed drug-free workplace affidavit must be signed and submitted in the first envelope as evidence of the vendor's compliance with the provisions of Article 1D, Chapter 21 of the West Virginia code. Failure to submit the signed drug-free workplace affidavit in the first envelope shall result in disqualification of such bid.
