COLGATE SEWER LINE REPLACEMENT Y 1,154 L.F. 15-inch Class SDR-26 PVC Sewer Line, open-cut Y140 L.F. 16-inch Specially Lined RJDIP Sewer Line, bored Y120 L.F. 36-inch Steel Casing, open-cut Y6 New Precast Sanitary Sewer Manholes, open-cut The total allotted time for construction of Contract 25-01 and 23-03 is 240 calendar days; liquidated damages for non-completion are $1,000 per calendar day. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions for Bidders. The successful bidder is required to furnish both an acceptable performance bond and payment bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Pre-qualification information required herein shall be emailed to mrice@ardurra.com until 5:00 P.M. Eastern Time, on or before Friday, April 17, 2026. Prospective bidders are responsible for confirming receipt of pre-qualification information by calling 865-984- 9638. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to negotiate with the apparent qualified best bidder or bidders to such extent as may be necessary.
