following to be delivered as directed by the Supervisors: Dust Control CRS 2 (E3 Asphalt Emulsion) 25,000 gallons more or less Price is per gallon delivered and applied within the Township. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Township (PADOT forms). The Township phone number is 724-447-2455. A certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the Township, must accompany the bid. Successful bidders will furnish bond in the amount of 50% of the amount of purchase price. Springhill Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
