The Town Boards of Cascade Township and Rochester Township will receive quotes for labor, material, and equipment for the period of May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027. The scope includes the provision of: 1) Season's supply of 3/4 inch minus crushed rock Class 2 meeting MnDot Specification 3138, both picked up at the quarry and delivered/spread on township roads; 2) Cold patch bituminous mix to be picked up at the mixing plant; 3) Crushed asphalt to be picked up at the site; 4) Black dirt to be picked up at site, by the ton or conversion factor for cubic yards; 5) Bituminous mixture MnDOT Spec SPWEB 230B to be picked up at the mixing plant; 6) Reclaiming existing blacktop, shaping, watering, and rolling per square yard; 7) Seal coating per square yard; 8) Crack filling per linear foot; 9) Chipseal FA2 Dresser Trap Rock, sprayed, rolled, and swept per square yard; 10) Fog seal per square yard; 11) Liquid chloride applied on gravel roads per gallon. For delivered and spread products, traffic control is considered incidental work with no direct compensation, and uniform traffic control must comply with MnDOT regulations. All quoting persons or companies must have worker's compensation and liability insurance of at least $1,500,000 and submit proof with the quote form. Final payment requires submission of IC-134 form. Work must be completed by October 1, 2026. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all quotes.
