Site work for an educational facility in Agawam, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
The project will consist of furnishing and installing approximately 65 sprinkler heads, 1-inch valves and a 11-zone controller, as described in the attached specifications. Questions concerning this RFQ should be directed, in writing, to Jennifer Bonfiglio, Chief Procurement Officer no later than the end of the business day April 3, 2026. A 50% Payment Bond will be required of the successful bidder for any contract over $25,000. Attorney-in-fact who signs Bid Bonds or Payment Bonds and Performance Bonds must file with the Bond a certified and effective dated copy of their power of attorney. The Town of Agawam reserves the right to reject any or all of the quotes if it deems it to be in the public interest to so do.
