Plans call for a new 300-bed student housing development on NWP-owned land. TIMELINE: An RFP was issued by the owner in the fall 2025 for private-sector partners to submit proposals for the design, construction, financing, operation, and maintenance of a new student housing development. Tilbury Properties Corp. has been selected as the development partner and will manage the design, financing, construction, maintenance, and management of the building. The goal is to have the facility operational within 18-24 months. Complete scope of work and project schedules may be confirmed late spring/mid-2026. *Cost is unreleased.
