The work involves the construction of airport improvements at the Crosby Municipal Airport in Crosby, North Dakota, specifically to construct a new hangar building (100' x 100' prefabricated metal building). Bids must be submitted online through the QuestCDN vBid platform. Bidders are required to acknowledge all addenda, submit a copy of their North Dakota Contractor's License or latest renewal certificate, and provide a bid bond equal to five percent (5%) of the maximum bid price. The successful bidder must furnish a Contract Performance Bond and Payment Bond for the full amount of the contract. The bid security of the two lowest bidders will be retained until the Notice of Award is executed, but no longer than ninety (90) days.
