A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following 1. Construction of covered performance structure with steel framing system and concrete platform. 2. Other Work indicated in the Contract Documents 3. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. Cooperate fully with Owner, so Owner's critical Operation and other work may be carried out smoothly without interfering with or delaying Work under this Contract or work by Owner. Coordinate the Work of this Contract with work performed by Owner. B. Concurrent Work: Owner will perform the following construction operations at the Project site. Those operations will be conducted simultaneously with Work under this Contract. 1. Site work as indicated in contract documents 2. Normal critical owner operations in and around project site. Construction of covered performance platform with steel frame, fiber cement soffit with integral lighting and power as well as incidental sitework.
