Reference Number 0000418005 Source ID PU.AG.USA.2092.C19219251 Piggyback Contract No The Bay County Land Bank Authority (BCLBA) and the Bay City Brownfield Redevelopment Authority (BCBRA) are requesting Bids for the excavation of contaminated soil (the Work) planned at 108 Adams Street and 501 Columbus Avenues in Bay City, Michigan. The Work consists of soil excavation and disposal, and site restoration including placement and compaction of engineered sand backfill. The Work as defined in the Project Documents must be completed in accordance with all federal, state, and local regulations to be considered compliant with the attached plans and specifications. Question Deadline 04/06/2026 at 3:00 PM ET If the Bidder has questions regarding the Bidding Documents or process, the questions shall be submitted via e-mail to the Professional, Brian Berger, PE (brian.berger@sme-usa.com) and copy Weston Prince (princew@baycounty.gov) The Professional will issue an addendum to all Bidders via e-mail answering such questions by 5:00 PM EST on April 7, 2026.
