Renovation of an educational facility in Chicago, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Open to contracted pre-qualified pool for Various Trades ONLY Questions Due Date: Jun 8th 2026, 10:30 AM CDT All questions/requests must be received two (2) business days prior to bid closing Marquette is located southwest of Chicago downtown, off Dan Ryan Expressway I-57 and 55. The campus consists of a Main Building, Annex, & Separate Boiler House. SCOPE BASE BID: Boiler 1&2 Re-tube 1) Flame cut out and remove all 2.5" boiler tubes from each boiler. 2)Remove the tube ends from the flue sheets. 3) Clean the tube holes at the front and rear tube sheets free of burrs and sharp edges. 4)Install the new tubes into the boiler. 5)The new tubes will be mechanically tightened (rolled and flared) at both ends. 6) On completion, test repairs. o Contractor to secure necessary permits. o Contractor to field verify dimensions and specifics of all projects listed above before placing bid
