The intent is to solicit competitive sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide asphalt services, which include the supply of asphaltic concrete, placement of asphaltic concrete, and associated construction and maintenance services for the City of Palm Coast, Florida. Responses must be submitted electronically through the specified procurement portal by the given deadline. No other submission methods will be accepted or considered. Addenda, if issued, must be signed, dated, and returned with the bid submittals. Failure to do so may result in rejection.
