Repair and replace the existing basketball floor in Building 1201. Work includes removal of the existing flooring system and installation of a new basketball floor in accordance with the solicitation requirements. The project is issued as a total small business set-aside, with pricing to be entered in Section B and all solicitation amendments acknowledged. Award may include the base bid and an option bid on an all, some, or none basis depending on available funding. If only the base bid is awarded, the period of performance is 90 days; if both the base bid and option are awarded, the period of performance is 120 days. An organized site visit is scheduled, and offerors must comply with access requirements and proposal preparation instructions contained in Section L. Funds are not presently available, and the Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation without reimbursement of costs. Location: Keesler Air Force Base, Building 1201, 400 Fisher Street, Biloxi, MS 39534. The Magnitude of the proposed construction is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00.
