Sealed bids are invited for the Parking Ramps Video Surveillance Cameras Upgrade Project. Proposals must be mailed or deposited with the City Administrator, sealed and endorsed with the project name. A mandatory pre-bid conference and walk-through will be held at the Parkade office for all prospective bidders. The right is reserved to hold all bids for a sixty-day period, reject any or all bids, waive technicalities, or accept bids determined to be in the best interest of the Bismarck Municipal Parking Authority.
