Site work for a water / sewer project in Conway, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work consists of replacing small diameter galvanized water main with approximately 300 linear feet of 6-inch water main, 500 linear feet of 3-inch water main, 200 linear feet of 2-inch water main, 230 linear feet of 8-inch HDPE directional bore, 150 linear feet of 4-inch directional bore, 1 fire hydrant, and connecting to 24 existing services along Edgewood Circle. Sealed bids must be submitted, and bidders must be official plan holders listed by AECOM Technical Services, Inc. Bidders must include security with all bids in the form of a certified check or bid bond, made payable to the Owner, in an amount of not less than five percent of the bid. A one hundred percent payment bond and performance bond will be required. Contractors must provide insurance equal to the actual value of the insured property during construction. Bidders must be legally qualified under South Carolina Contractor's Licensing Law with a classification of WL. No bid may be withdrawn within 90 days after the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids. Only those who register and secure documents through Duncan Parnell will be added to the Plan Holder's List and notified of addenda. These bid documents may be modified only by written addenda.
