Contractor shall provide all personnel, management, supplies, transportation, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform and complete section renovation work for the designated cemetery sections. Work includes site surveying, preparation of grading plans, headstone realignment plans, vegetation removal, grading and drainage, excavation and backfill, headstone identification and tagging, headstone handling, installation of flat marker geogrid support systems, headstone reinstallation, headstone cleaning, turf renovation, and site restoration. Headstones include both upright headstones and flat markers. All work shall comply with National Cemetery Administration standards. The contractor shall complete all work, including submittals, reviews, quality control, construction activities, punch-list corrections, cleanup, invoicing, and closeout documentation within 365 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Turf renovation shall occur between April 15 and June 30 for spring and between August 15 and October 15 for fall, and turf must be fully established before winter, with no bare ground permitted. The magnitude of construction for this project is Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 per FAR 36.204.
