The major work will consist of sewer main replacements and services. Certain improvements included in this project must be performed by a contractor or designated subcontractor who is pre-qualified by the City at the time of bid opening. Failure to submit all completed required information listed in the respective Solicitation will be grounds for rejection of a bid as non-responsive. Bidders are encouraged to fully review each page of every document within their submission prior to submitting to ensure all documents are clear, legible, and complete. All interested parties should indicate their intent to bid in the Procurement Portal by selecting 'yes' under the Intent to Bid section. All Addenda will be posted in the Procurement Portal under the respective Project. The City reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all bids. The contract will be awarded to the Bidder presenting the lowest price, qualifications, and competencies considered. Intent to Bid Due Date: Apr 9th 2026, 5:00 PM CDT GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK The major work will consist of the (approximate) following: Sewer Main Replacements and Services. The time period of this Agreement will be for one calendar year or the expiration of the funding, whichever occurs last. The City reserves the right to renew the contract for up to two (2) additional one calendar year time periods or up to two (2) additional funded expenditures of $1,000,000.00 under the same terms, conditions, and unit prices. The City shall provide at least sixty (60) days notice to the Contractor of the City's intent to renew. City reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all bids.
