The City of Anna is soliciting qualifications for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for a park project. The park location, scope, and size are currently being considered and will be determined at a later date. The selected CMAR will assist in developing the scope of work. Contractors must pay no less than the prevailing wage rates for the area as established by the Owner. The successful CMAR will be required to furnish a performance bond and maintenance bonds at GMP in the amount of 100% of the total contract price if it exceeds $100,000, and a payment bond in the amount of 100% of the total contract price if it exceeds $25,000. If the contract price does not exceed these amounts, the respective statutory bonds are not required. Each CMAR is responsible for inspecting the site and becoming fully informed regarding all local conditions under which the work is to be performed. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
